dTHS Students Featured in the Jewish Journal

The December 20th edition of the Jewish Journal featured a great profile on de Toledo's Spirulina Research Program!

The article explains how de Toledo High School students have the opportunity to empower a Jewish Ugandan Community through their spirulina research.  In November, seven students — all girls  — from de Toledo High School in Los Angeles traveled to Uganda to visit the Abayudaya community, one of sub-Saharan Africa’s largest Jewish communities.
