dTHS Debaters Take Home Top Honors
Our Speech & Debate team has placed at every competition this year… with freshman Theo U. (’28) winning a Superior Award in the Varsity Lincoln-Douglas Debate… and junior Betty G. (’26) – pictured herein – placing third in league and qualifying for the California State Tournament.
Many of our debating students will also be competing at national qualifiers later this month… and we wish them all the best of luck!
